  • Hold the handle in line with your index finger
  • Work with your wrist, not your arm
  • Draw back and forth as you insert or remove the floss between the teeth
  • Use your right hand for your right side and your left hand for your left side
  • Push the refill on
  • Place your thumb
    in the center of the refill and press down and pull
